Meet Stephanie Mixco!

Stephanie Mixco has been volunteering in Wasco for a decade, starting at just sixteen. She supported Wasco Downtown Business Association and Orange Heart Foundation before joining the Wasco Rose Festival Foundation. She began volunteering as a teenager and never stopped. 

She is always on the move, in her capacity as Vendor Chair. She is the first one to arrive, last one to leave - coordinating, helping, problem solving, giving, keeping things going smoothly, serving and smiling through it all. She is a fantastic example to our student volunteers of service and selflessness. 

Stephanie is engaged to fellow Wasco Rose Festival Foundation Director Cesar Arreola. Her favorite Rose Festival memory is seeing how people enjoy all the different vendors she works hard to bring to the event every year.
